**LOS ANGELES** – Get ready for a new season of backstabbing, alliances, and thrilling challenges! *Survivor* Season 48 premieres Wednesday, February 26th, at 8 p.m. ET on CBS, bringing 18 new contestants to compete for the coveted $1 million prize.

Following the December finale of Season 47, which saw Rachel Lamont emerge victorious, the iconic reality competition series returns with a fresh batch of players. This season promises the same intense struggles for survival, including food scarcity, exposure to the elements, and complex social dynamics that have become hallmarks of the show.

While the location remains Fiji’s Mamanuca Islands, where filming has taken place for the past 15 seasons, the castaways will be entirely new. Host and executive producer Jeff Probst will once again guide the contestants through their island ordeal.

Season 48’s premiere episode, titled “The Get to Know You Game,” will air on CBS and stream on Paramount+ (with Showtime plan for live viewing; next-day streaming available with any Paramount+ plan). All previous seasons are also available for streaming on Paramount+.
