**CHENNAI, February 22, 2025** – A new forum dedicated to promoting communal harmony, “Unity India,” will be launched in Chennai this Saturday. The initiative, announced in a press release, will be inaugurated by Justice V. Ramasubramanian, Chairman of the National Human Rights Commission of India.
The forum’s primary goal is to address the growing lack of trust between Hindu and Muslim communities in India, actively countering divisive narratives. While promoting unity among all communities, the forum will initially focus on improving relations between Hindus and Muslims.
