**Hyderabad, February 21, 2025** – The Telangana High Court will hear a petition on Friday concerning the ongoing investigation into a criminal case against BRS leader T. Harish Rao and former police officer P. Radha Kishan Rao. The petition, filed by Hyderabad’s Punjagutta police, seeks to resume the investigation which was temporarily halted by the court until March 3rd.

The case stems from a complaint filed by businessman G. Chakradhar Goud, who alleges threats. Three other accused, granted bail by a lower court, are also involved. Police argue that the temporary halt to the investigation hinders their ability to question these individuals and determine their level of complicity. They are specifically interested in uncovering the role of Santosh Kumar, accused of selling SIM cards used to make threatening calls to Goud.

In a separate matter, the High Court will also hear a petition filed by former Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao and T. Harish Rao challenging a Bhupalapally district court’s ruling related to alleged corruption in the Kaleshwaram project.
