**Chittoor, February 21, 2025** – The Apollo Institute of Medical Sciences and Research (AIMSR) celebrated its graduation day on Friday, with 116 MBBS interns receiving their degrees. The ceremony, held in Murakambattu, Chittoor, saw 18 students awarded medals for outstanding academic performance. Boya Vijaya Lakshmi from the 2019 MBBS batch was named the overall topper.
Apollo Group chairman Prathap Reddy addressed the graduating class, emphasizing the importance of prioritizing service to humanity in the medical profession and highlighting the significant responsibility inherent in safeguarding public health. Senior AIMSR faculty members presented mementos and medals to the graduates and award recipients. The institute is affiliated with Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences.
