**New Delhi, February 21, 2025** – Apple today launched the iPhone 16e, an upgraded variant of the iPhone SE (2022), marking the company’s latest foray into the affordable smartphone market. The device boasts several premium features previously unavailable in Apple’s budget line.

Priced starting at ₹59,999, the iPhone 16e offers a 6.1-inch OLED Super Retina XDR display with a 1200-nit peak brightness and Ceramic Shield protection. It’s powered by the new six-core A18 3nm chip with a 16-core Neural Engine and runs on iOS 18. Pre-orders begin this Friday, February 21st, on Apple’s website, with sales commencing on February 28th. The 256GB and 512GB variants are priced at ₹69,900 and ₹89,900 respectively. The phone will be available in five colors.
