**NEW DELHI** – Rekha Gupta will be sworn in as Delhi’s fourth woman Chief Minister on Thursday at Ramlila Maidan, marking a historic return to power for the BJP after a 27-year absence. A nostalgic social media post has highlighted Gupta’s journey, showcasing a 1995 photograph of her and Congress leader Alka Lamba taking their oaths as Delhi University Students’ Union (DUSU) office bearers.
