The accident occurred around 6:30 p.m. while the child was playing outside his home. Police reports indicate the driver, who has been arrested, was operating the vehicle recklessly and failed to see the boy. Despite being rushed to a nearby hospital, Pavan Reddy was pronounced dead on arrival. The boy’s parents, both employed by private firms, have filed a complaint.
