**Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh, February 19, 2025** – A 35-year-old Dalit man, Amit Balmiki, was found stabbed to death in Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh, on Wednesday. Police discovered his body in Shahdabber village and have launched a murder investigation following a complaint filed by his family.

According to the complaint, Balmiki was attacked and stabbed by a suspect identified as Chavinder while returning home. Police have initiated a manhunt for Chavinder, who remains at large. A post-mortem examination has been conducted, and a murder case has been registered.
