**Jaipur, Rajasthan:** A grand celebration commemorating the birth anniversary of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj was held in Jaipur on Tuesday under the aegis of Bharat Raksha Manch. The event, which took place at Pathey Bhavan in Sudhasagar Colony, Malviya Nagar, urged young people to adopt the ideals of the Maratha warrior king.
Deputy Chief Minister Dr. Premchand Bairawa, the chief guest, addressed the gathering, praising Shivaji Maharaj as a great ruler deeply rooted in Indian culture who relentlessly fought for the protection of his motherland. He lauded Shivaji’s just and progressive administration and urged attendees to incorporate the king’s principles into their lives for the nation’s progress.
The ceremony began with the lighting of a lamp before portraits of Bharat Mata and Shivaji Maharaj. Prominent attendees included former Union Minister and National President of Bharat Raksha Manch Satya Narayan Jatia, Pathye Kan Sansthan patron Manakchand Maheshwari, former Vishva Hindu Parishad central minister Jugal Agrawal, and various other dignitaries. The event was organized by Lavish Goyal and Urmila Singh.
