**MUMBAI, February 18, 2025** – The ₹858.70 crore initial public offering (IPO) of Quality Power Electrical Equipments concluded today, closing undersubscribed at 83 percent (0.83 times). The IPO, which opened on Friday, February 15th, and had a price band of ₹401-₹425 per share, saw mixed investor interest across categories. While the Non-Institutional Investors (NII) portion was subscribed 1.10 times and the Retail Individual Investors (RII) portion 1.07 times, the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) portion received only 0.62 times subscription. The company had previously raised ₹386.41 crore from anchor investors on Thursday. A market lot size consisted of 26 shares. Investors had until the close of trading today to participate.
