**Bengaluru, February 18, 2025** – Nexus Select Trust, a publicly listed retail REIT, has acquired the Vega City Mall in Bengaluru for ₹869.75 crore, the company announced in a regulatory filing on February 13. The acquisition, entirely debt-funded through non-convertible debentures issued at a 7.70% coupon rate, increases Nexus Select Trust’s Bengaluru portfolio to four assets. The post-acquisition loan-to-value ratio will stand at 17%.
