**Mumbai, India** – Italian motorcycle manufacturer Aprilia has expanded its Indian lineup with the launch of the new Tuono 457. Priced at ₹3.95 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi), the naked sports bike is now available at authorized Aprilia dealerships nationwide.
The Tuono 457 boasts a 457cc parallel-twin engine, shared with the RS 457, producing 46.9 BHP at 9,400 rpm and 43.5 Nm of torque at 6,700 rpm. A 6-speed gearbox is standard, with an optional quick-shifter.
Sporting a striking naked design reminiscent of its fully-faired sibling, the RS 457, the Tuono 457 features a sporty aesthetic with LED headlights and DRLs, and an exposed frame. Other highlights include a split seat with passenger grab rails, a small fairing, and a 5-inch color TFT display with Bluetooth connectivity. Advanced features like traction control and multiple riding modes are also included.
Suspension is handled by an adjustable USD fork upfront and a monoshock at the rear, while braking is managed by disc brakes at both ends with dual-channel ABS. The Tuono 457 represents a compelling addition to Aprilia’s Indian offerings, promising a blend of performance and style in the naked sports bike segment.
