**New Delhi, India** – Prime Minister Narendra Modi engaged with over 30 million students today at the eighth edition of “Pariksha Pe Charcha” (PPC) 2025, held at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi. The interactive event saw Modi offering advice on tackling exam stress, achieving academic goals, and cultivating leadership qualities.
The Prime Minister emphasized the importance of teamwork and empathy in leadership. He urged students to learn from their mistakes and strive for continuous improvement, using the analogy of cricket players analyzing their game recordings. Modi highlighted that true leadership isn’t about delivering grand speeches but about setting a personal example and understanding the challenges faced by team members. He encouraged students to adopt the mantra, “Where there is a shortage, there we will be,” emphasizing the crucial role of building trust.
Modi also shared practical tips for managing exam pressure, advising students to focus on their studies and not get overwhelmed by external pressures. He drew parallels between a batsman concentrating on the ball despite stadium noise and students focusing on their studies despite anxiety. He further discussed healthy eating habits, encouraging the consumption of seasonal fruits and vegetables.
The event featured participation from renowned figures like Deepika Padukone, Sadhguru, Mary Kom, Vikrant Massey, and Rujuta Diwekar, who discussed maintaining a healthy mindset during exams and holistic development. Over 2,500 selected students attended the event in person, receiving a special PPC kit from the Ministry of Education. The top ten “Exam Warriors” were granted a special visit to the Prime Minister’s residence.
