Bengaluru, February 12, 2025 – Aero India 2025 concluded its three-day business segment on Wednesday, reporting record participation. The event, which ran from February 10-14, saw a significant increase in exhibitors, rising from 800 in 2023 to 930 this year. Exhibit space also expanded considerably, from 35,000 square meters to 42,000 square meters.

The air show featured a larger static display of aircraft, increasing from 23 to 34, with the SU-57 and F-35 fighter jets as major highlights. Sanjeev Kumar, Secretary, Defence Production, Ministry of Defence, highlighted the “unprecedented response,” noting the presence of Defence Ministers and Deputy Defence Ministers from 26 countries, and senior officials from over 80 others. A CEO’s conference chaired by Defence Minister Rajnath Singh also took place on the inaugural day.

A Defence Ministers’ conclave saw delegates from over 20 countries express their support for India’s defence policies and confidence in India’s capabilities. The event successfully showcased India’s growing role in the global defence sector.
