**Kaleshwaram, Telangana (February 9, 2025):** The historic Sri Kaleshwara Sri Mukteshwara Swamy temple in Kaleshwaram, Jayashankar Bhupalpally district, was the scene of a massive religious gathering on Sunday. Thousands of devotees from Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Maharashtra attended the “Maha Kumbabhishekam,” a sacred ritual performed after a 42-year gap. The ceremony, overseen by Sri Sachidananda Saraswati of Sree Mutt, Tuni, was followed by a large community feast (“Maha Annadanam”). The event drew significant crowds, with many taking a holy dip in the Godavari River before participating in the temple rituals. The Endowments Department Principal Secretary Shailaja Ramaiyer and Jayashankar Bhupalpally Collector Rahul Sharma personally ensured smooth arrangements for the large number of pilgrims.
