**New Delhi:** The National Testing Agency (NTA) has opened registrations for the NEET (UG) 2025 entrance examination. Students who have completed or are appearing for their Class 12 board exams are eligible to apply.

The online registration process is underway on the official website, neet.nta.nic.in, and will continue until 11:50 PM on March 7, 2025. NEET (UG) is mandatory for admission to undergraduate medical courses in Indian medical colleges and several foreign universities. The NEET (UG) 2025 exam is scheduled for **May 4, 2025**, and will be conducted across India and abroad. Candidates will have 180 minutes (3 hours) to complete the exam, which will be held from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Admit cards will be released by May 1, 2025. The results are expected by June 14, 2025.

Registration fees vary by category: ₹1700 for Indian General category candidates, ₹1600 for General-EWS/OBC-NCL, and ₹1000 for SC/ST/PWD/Third Gender candidates. The fee for foreign candidates is ₹9500.
