**New Delhi, [Date of Publication]** – The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the date for the NEET UG 2025 entrance examination. The exam will be held on **May 4, 2025, from 2 PM to 5 PM**, a three-hour pen-and-paper test. Applications are now open on the official website, neet.nta.nic.in. The application process will conclude on **March 7, 2025**, with corrections allowed from **March 9-11, 2025**. Results are expected by **June 14, 2025**.

Unlike previous years, an Aapar ID is not mandatory for registration. The NEET UG exam is the sole qualifying examination for admission to medical and allied courses in India, including BDS, BVSC & AH, BAMS, BUMS, BSMS, and BHMS courses. It will also be used for admission to BSc Nursing courses for Military Nursing Service (MNS) candidates.

The exam will be conducted in 13 languages: Assamese, Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu. Application fees vary by category and exam center location. For Indian centers, the fee ranges from ₹1000 for SC/ST/PWD/Transgender candidates to ₹1700 for general category candidates. For centers outside India, the general category fee is ₹9500.
