Local police will coordinate with candidates and election officials.

Strict security protocols are in place, including the use of metal detectors, X-ray baggage scanners, and a 100-meter barricade around each center, restricting entry to authorized personnel only. Even authorized individuals, including media, will be prohibited from carrying mobile phones. Chief Electoral Officer R Alice Vaz added that three-tier security, including 24/7 CCTV monitoring, is in effect.
