**Vijayawada, February 6, 2025** – Omega Hospital in Guntur observed World Cancer Day on February 4th with a range of awareness programs focusing on early detection and patient support. The hospital, which has treated over 100,000 patients since its opening in 2017, according to director and chief surgical oncologist M.G. Nagakishore, organized mobile cancer screening camps across Guntur and Vijayawada. A special women’s cancer screening package, priced at ₹999, was also offered, including a pap test, mammography, X-ray, complete blood count, serum creatinine test, and consultation with an oncologist. Cervical cancer vaccination drives were held as part of the day’s activities.
