**Bengaluru, India – February 4, 2025** – Vivo has announced three color variants for its upcoming V50 smartphone: Rose Red, Starry Night Blue, and Titanium Gray. The phone, targeting design-conscious users in the mid-to-premium segment, boasts several innovative features.
A key highlight is its claim to be India’s slimmest 6,000 mAh battery phone, with the Titanium Gray model measuring just 0.739 cm in thickness. The Starry Night Blue variant features what Vivo calls “India’s first 3D-Star technology,” creating a shimmering effect under various lighting conditions.
The V50 will also be the first in the V series to feature a quad-curved 6.7-inch display with a 120 Hz refresh rate. It’s expected to be powered by a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor, with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, running on FuntouchOS based on Android 15. Camera capabilities are expected to be impressive, with a 50MP ZEISS-tuned main camera, a similar resolution telephoto lens, and a 50MP front camera.
While the exact launch date is yet to be revealed, Vivo anticipates the V50 will be available in India sometime in mid-February.
