**Mumbai, India** – The Bollywood box office is witnessing a clash between two films with contrasting trajectories. Shahid Kapoor’s action thriller, “Deva,” enjoyed a strong opening weekend but experienced a significant drop in earnings by its fourth day. Meanwhile, Akshay Kumar and Veer Pahariya’s “Sky Force,” which recently crossed the ₹100 crore mark, is also showing a decline in its daily collections.
“Deva” opened with a promising ₹5.5 crore on its first day. While the weekend saw a boost, bringing the total weekend collection to ₹13.65 crore, the film’s fourth-day earnings plummeted to ₹2.50 crore. The film’s current total stands at ₹21.65 crore.
“Sky Force,” in its 11th day of release, collected a mere ₹1.35 crore. Despite having already surpassed ₹100 crore in total earnings (currently at ₹101.35 crore), its momentum appears to be slowing after a strong opening of ₹12.25 crore.
The contrasting performances highlight the unpredictable nature of the box office, with initial hype not always translating into sustained success. Whether “Deva” can regain momentum or “Sky Force” can maintain a steady stream of revenue remains to be seen.
