**Tirunelveli, February 2, 2025** – The water levels in two major dams in Tirunelveli district were reported on Saturday, February 1st, 2025. The Papanasam dam registered a level of 110.40 feet (out of a maximum 143 feet), with an inflow of 617 cusecs and an outflow of 800 cusecs. Meanwhile, the Manimuthar dam stood at 98.95 feet (maximum 118 feet), with an inflow of 230.37 cusecs and an outflow of 435 cusecs. These figures were reported by The Hindu.
