**Madison, WI** – WKOW 27 announced the hiring of Chad Thompson as their new Digital Content Manager. Thompson joins the team from KCCI 8 News in Des Moines, Iowa, where he served as Digital Editor. His journalism career began at a daily newspaper in central Iowa. The appointment was effective July 2023.
