Sun Feb 02 00:36:34 IST 2025: ## Dimapur’s Road Over Bridge Reopens February 2nd with New Traffic Regulations
**DIMAPUR, Nagaland (January 31, 2025)** – The Road Over Bridge (ROB) near Hotel Tragopan on NH-29 in Dimapur will reopen to all vehicular traffic on February 2nd, 2025, following the completion of extensive rehabilitation works. However, the Dimapur Commissioner of Police, Kevithuto Sophie, IPS, has announced new traffic regulations to manage the expected increase in traffic flow.
Starting at 7:00 AM on February 2nd, one-way traffic will continue on certain routes: from Deluxe Point to Holy Cross Police Point and from Khermahal to Deluxe Point. Commercial vehicles like auto-rickshaws, auto pickups, and Tata Mobiles will be prohibited from using the New Flyover between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Heavy vehicles entering from the New Field Inter-State check gate will only be permitted between 7:00 PM and 9:00 AM. All other one-way and traffic regulations implemented during the ROB’s rehabilitation will be lifted and revert to pre-construction rules.
