**Howell, MI** – The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) is offering a free Citizens’ Police Academy to provide residents with an inside look at law enforcement. A unique element will be a Saturday session at the Fowlerville Proving Grounds featuring emergency vehicle operation, allowing participants to drive a patrol car with lights and sirens.
