**Lucknow, [Date]** – Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath lauded the Union Budget 2025, describing it as a “pro-people” budget beneficial to youth, farmers, the middle class, and all sections of society. In a statement to ANI, he praised the budget’s focus on fostering scientific thinking among youth and achieving the goal of a “Developed India with Developed Youth.”

CM Adityanath highlighted the budget as a cornerstone for realizing the vision of a developed India, echoing Prime Minister Modi’s description of it as a “GYAN” budget – focusing on Garib (poor), Yuva (youth), Annadata (farmers), and Nari Shakti (women’s empowerment). He emphasized that the budget will boost India’s economy, citing provisions like interest-free loans for state infrastructure development, tax breaks for the middle class (income up to ₹12 lakh), and special economic zones for fishermen.

The CM specifically welcomed initiatives targeting farmers, including increased credit limits (up to ₹5 lakh), the Cotton Production Mission, and support for increased vegetable and fruit production. He also praised the Anganwadi 2.0 program. Further, he lauded plans for providing two crore term loans (up to ₹2 crore) to 5 lakh women and members of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes over the next five years and the establishment of 50,000 Atal Tinkering Labs.

Adityanath also pointed to the establishment of Centers of Excellence in Skill Development and Artificial Intelligence for Education as key steps in providing global recognition for Indian youth. He welcomed the Pradhan Mantri Dhan Dhaanay Yojana, expecting Uttar Pradesh to be a major beneficiary. The expansion of Kisan Credit Card limits from ₹3 lakh to ₹5 lakh was also highlighted as a positive development.

The Chief Minister concluded by stating that the budget, aimed at building a $5 trillion economy, demonstrates the Prime Minister’s vision and accelerated progress. He expressed confidence that all sections of society would welcome this budget as a significant step towards a developed India.
