**MUMBAI** – Ram Charan and Kiara Advani’s highly anticipated Telugu film, “Game Changer,” has experienced a significant box office slump after a strong opening. Despite initially earning over ₹50 crore on its first day, the film’s daily collections have steadily declined over the past two weeks.
According to Sacnilk.com, the film, directed by Shankar, grossed only ₹0.75 crore net in India on its 14th day, a considerable drop from its initial success. The film, which had a reported budget of ₹450 crore, has so far earned a total of ₹128.85 crore net in India.
Industry analysts attribute the decline to mixed audience reviews. While the film’s initial buzz propelled its opening day numbers, this momentum failed to sustain. The film’s second week saw particularly steep drops in earnings, with daily collections consistently under ₹3 crore.
“Game Changer,” produced by Dil Raju under Sri Venkateswara Creations, marks Shankar’s Telugu cinema debut. The star-studded cast also includes S J Suryah, Nassar, Brahmanandam, Vennela Kishore, and Murali Sharma. The film is expected to premiere on Amazon Prime Video on February 14th.
