**VISAKHAPATNAM, January 24, 2025** – Four flights departing from Visakhapatnam (Vizag) were significantly delayed this Friday morning due to poor visibility affecting the arrival of incoming flights. The delays impacted services to Hyderabad and Vijayawada in Andhra Pradesh, and Chennai in Tamil Nadu.
According to reports, flight IX 2886 (Vizag to Hyderabad) scheduled for 8:45 a.m. was delayed by 2 hours and 45 minutes. Flight 6E-307 (Vizag to Hyderabad), originally slated for 8:40 a.m., faced a 1 hour and 30-minute delay. Flight 6E 7254 (Vizag to Vijayawada) experienced the longest delay, pushed back by 3 hours and 5 minutes from its 8:55 a.m. departure time. Finally, flight 6E-845 (Vizag to Chennai), scheduled for 8:25 a.m., was delayed by 1 hour and 50 minutes.
