**New Delhi, India** – Samsung has officially launched its highly anticipated Galaxy S25 series in India, featuring three models: the Galaxy S25, S25+, and S25 Ultra. While a rumored “Slim” model didn’t materialize, Samsung unveiled a new Galaxy S25 Edge, likely the slimmer variant.

The S25 Ultra boasts significant upgrades, including a larger 6.9-inch display, a lighter design (218 grams), and an enhanced camera system. This includes a 200MP primary sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide camera, and dual telephoto lenses (50MP with 5x optical zoom and 10MP with 3x optical zoom). It’s powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy, a custom chipset promising improved performance and efficiency. The Ultra also features a 40% larger vapor chamber for better heat management. All S25 models come with 12GB of RAM, dropping the 16GB option from previous generations.

The standard S25 features a 6.2-inch display, while the S25+ offers a 6.7-inch screen. Both share similar camera specs (50MP main, 12MP ultra-wide, 10MP telephoto) and battery capacities as their predecessors.

Pricing in India starts at ₹80,999 for the base S25 (128GB), ₹99,999 for the S25+ (256GB), and ₹129,999 for the S25 Ultra (256GB). While the Plus and Ultra models maintain their previous generation’s prices, the standard S25 sees a ₹1,000 price increase.

A key highlight across the S25 series is the integration of Samsung’s new One UI 7, based on Android 15. This interface leverages AI through Samsung’s Gemini engine, offering features such as AI agents for simplified task management, generative image editing (including shadow removal), a personalized daily news brief, and natural language image search. AI-powered tools also provide real-time assistance with tasks like writing and translation (supporting 20 languages). The on-device Personal Data Engine ensures user data is processed securely and privately.
