**NEW DELHI** – The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) have announced the recruitment of 32,438 Level 1 posts under the 7th CPC Pay Matrix. The online application process opened on January 23, 2025, and will close on February 22, 2025. Aspiring candidates can apply through the official RRB website.

The recruitment drive aims to fill vacancies across various departments within the Indian Railways. Applicants must meet specific educational qualifications and age criteria (18-36 years as of January 1, 2025). Details are available in the official notification.

The selection process will comprise four stages: a Computer-Based Test (CBT), a Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Document Verification, and a Medical Examination. The CBT will feature 100 questions, lasting 90 minutes, with negative marking (1/3 marks deducted per incorrect answer). Minimum qualifying marks vary by category (UR/EWS: 40%, OBC/SC/ST: 30%).
