**Belagavi, Karnataka – January 23, 2025** – A police case has been filed against BJP national spokesperson Nazia Elahi Khan for allegedly insulting religious sentiments during a recent rally in Sulebavi village, Belagavi district. The First Information Report (FIR) stems from a complaint lodged by Afsar Maktu Saab Jamadar, who alleges Khan made provocative speeches at the “Batenge to Katenge, Ek hai to safe hai” rally organized by BJP leaders Dhananjay Jadhav and others on January 19th. The investigation is underway.
