**Chennai, January 23, 2025** – Gnanasekaran, the suspect arrested in the Anna University sexual assault case, was admitted to Government Stanley Hospital on Wednesday after experiencing seizures during police interrogation. According to police, Gnanasekaran has been in police custody since Monday, undergoing questioning by a Special Investigation Team formed by order of the Madras High Court. He was arrested on December 25th, 2024, and charged with rape and sexual harassment.
