The series, unveiled at Samsung’s first Galaxy Unpacked event of the year, boasts significant upgrades in AI capabilities and camera technology.

All three phones are powered by a custom Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chip paired with 12GB of RAM. The S25 and S25+ feature a triple rear camera setup led by a 50MP main sensor, while the S25 Ultra retains its impressive 200MP main camera and adds an upgraded 50MP ultrawide lens capable of recording log videos, a feature reminiscent of Apple’s iPhone 15 Pro and 16 Pro models.

A standout feature across the series is the enhanced AI integration. Samsung has incorporated new AI features including call transcription, summarization, and writing assistance. Samsung apps are updated with Google Gemini AI Assistant support, enabling seamless interaction between apps like Samsung Notes and YouTube.

The Galaxy S25 series offers a range of design options. The S25 and S25+ are available in colors like Ice Blue, Mint, Navy, and Silver Shadow, with exclusive colors available online. The S25 Ultra comes in Titanium Black, Titanium Gray, Titanium Silver Blue, and Titanium White Silver, with exclusive online color options as well.
