**Bangalore, January 23, 2024** – Denta Water and Infra Solutions Limited (DWISL), a Bangalore-based company specializing in water management and infrastructure projects, launched its initial public offering (IPO) today. The IPO aims to raise ₹220.50 crore through the sale of 75 lakh shares, priced between ₹279 and ₹294 per share.

The three-day bidding period will conclude on January 24, 2024. The company has already secured ₹66.15 crore from anchor investors. Minimum investment for retail investors is ₹14,700 (50 shares), while higher minimums apply for other investor categories.

DWISL, established in 2016, focuses on groundwater recharge and also undertakes railway and highway construction projects. The company’s IPO is attracting attention due to the projected growth of the Indian water and wastewater treatment market, expected to reach $24 billion by 2033. At the upper price band, Denta Water’s price-to-earnings ratio is 16.2 (FY25 annualized), considered a discount compared to its competitors.

Geojit, in an IPO report, recommends subscribing to the issue for short- to medium-term investment, citing a robust order pipeline and strong financial performance. Proceeds from the IPO will fund general corporate purposes and working capital.

The grey market premium (GMP) currently stands at ₹165, suggesting a potential listing gain of over 56% and an expected listing price of ₹459. However, it’s important to note that GMP is unofficial and unregulated. Allotment of shares is scheduled for January 27, 2025, with the company expected to debut on the stock exchange on January 29, 2025.
