HYDERABAD, INDIA – January 21, 2025 – Dallas-based IT consulting firm Tachyon Technologies inaugurated its new global delivery center in Hyderabad today. The 35,000 sq ft facility is expected to significantly boost the company’s global operations and contribute to its ambitious goal of reaching $1 billion in revenue within the next decade.
The opening was officiated by Telangana’s Irrigation, Food and Civil Supplies Minister, N. Uttam Kumar Reddy. The Minister expressed his confidence in Tachyon’s continued success in Hyderabad.
Tachyon currently employs over 750 people worldwide, with approximately 350 based in Hyderabad. The company plans to hire an additional 500 highly skilled professionals over the next year. These new hires will focus on areas such as SAP, Salesforce, Artificial Intelligence (AI), software testing, and data analytics.
Vice President Himanshu Ojah stated that the new center will support existing clients and fuel the company’s growth. CEO Venkat Kolli highlighted the center’s alignment with the growing importance of AI in the IT sector. The new hires will serve clients across North America, Europe, and emerging markets.
