**Mumbai, October 27, 2024** – Karanveer Mehra emerged victorious in the grand finale of Bigg Boss 18, defeating Vivian Dsena who was the first runner-up and Rajat Dalal who was the second runner-up. The three-hour finale, broadcast on Colors TV and streamed on Jio Cinema and Jio TV, concluded late Sunday night with the announcement of Mehra as the winner and the awarding of a ₹50 lakh cash prize and the coveted trophy.

The season, which began on October 6th with 23 contestants, saw a dramatic final few days with the elimination of strong contenders Shilpa Shirodkar just four days before the finale and Eisha Singh during the finale. Other finalists included Avinash Mishra and Chum Darang.
