**Ahmedabad, India** – India’s men’s and women’s Kho Kho teams both secured their places in the inaugural Kho Kho World Cup final after dominant semi-final victories over South Africa on Saturday.

The Indian women’s team, dubbed the “Women in Blue,” showcased exceptional tactical prowess, defeating South Africa with a commanding 66-16 scoreline. Chaithra B’s impressive Dream Run, scoring 5 points before being eliminated, provided a crucial early advantage. Strong performances throughout the match, particularly in Turns 2 and 3, solidified India’s victory. They will face Nepal in the final after Nepal defeated Uganda 89-18 in their semi-final.

The Indian men’s team also delivered a convincing performance, overcoming a strong South African challenge to win 62-42.
