**New Delhi, [Date of Publication]** – Delhi Police have arrested a landlord, Govind Ballabh, for the murder of his tenant, Rakesh (29), over an unpaid loan. Rakesh’s body was discovered in a pond in Alipur on January 17th with a gunshot wound to the head. Evidence, including bloodstains and an empty bullet casing found on a nearby building’s roof, indicated the murder took place there before the body was disposed of in the pond.
