**Vijayawada, January 19, 2025** – Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu lauded Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Sunday, expressing admiration for his dedication and effectiveness in tackling law and order issues. Speaking at the NDRF’s 20th Raising Day celebrations, Naidu stated he was “impressed” by Shah’s work ethic and commitment to saving lives. He also praised the leadership of both Shah and Prime Minister Narendra Modi, predicting India’s emergence as a global power by 2047.

Naidu attributed Andhra Pradesh’s improved condition to the NDA government’s support, contrasting it with the alleged misrule of the YSR Congress Party. He specifically thanked the Centre for the ₹15,000 crore allocated for Amaravati’s development, the commencement of the Polavaram irrigation project’s diaphragm wall construction, the establishment of the BPCL refinery, and the ₹11,440 crore package for the Visakhapatnam Steel Plant’s revival.
