**Chennai, January 16, 2025** – The FICCI Ladies Organisation (FLO) Chennai, in collaboration with the Madras Management Association, Foundation for Comprehensive Dispute Resolution (FCDR), and Jagrithi Foundation, hosted a symposium on resolving family conflicts through mediation. The event, held today, highlighted mediation as a less adversarial alternative to legal battles.

Presiding over the symposium were Justice D. Bharatha Chakravarthy, Judge, Madras High Court, and Justice K. Kannan, Former Judge of the High Courts of Madras, Punjab, and Haryana. Sessions explored the role of narcissism in fueling family disputes and offered practical strategies for conflict resolution.
