Mon Jan 13 20:40:00 UTC 2025: ## Buccaneers Get Key Players Back for Sunday Night Showdown Against Commanders

**Tampa Bay, FL** – The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will receive a significant boost for their crucial Sunday Night Football matchup against the Washington Commanders. Safety Antoine Winfield Jr., cornerback Jamel Dean, and tight end Cade Otton, all sidelined with knee injuries in the final weeks of the regular season, are set to return to action. All three participated fully in Friday’s practice. Winfield missed the last four games, Dean sat out Week 18, and Otton has been absent for the past three weeks.

In contrast, the Buccaneers will be without several players deemed healthy scratches, including defensive lineman CJ Brewer, tight ends Devin Culp and Tanner Knue, wide receiver Kameron Johnson, safety Ryan Neal, offensive guard Royce Newman, and outside linebacker Jose Ramirez.

For the Commanders, wide receiver Jamison Crowder (hamstring) will play despite being listed as questionable. However, they will be without wide receiver K.J. Osborn, quarterback Jeff Driskel (who will serve as the emergency third quarterback), safety Darrick Forrest, cornerback Michael Davis, running back Chris Rodriguez Jr., linebacker Dominique Hampton, and offensive guard Chris Paul.
