Sun Jan 12 22:30:00 UTC 2025: ## Packers Face Injury Concerns Ahead of Wild Card Showdown with Eagles

**Green Bay, WI** – The Green Bay Packers are facing a significant injury situation heading into Sunday’s NFC Wild Card playoff game against the Philadelphia Eagles. Seven players are currently listed as either questionable or ruled out for the crucial matchup.

Ruled out are safety Zayne Anderson (concussion) and receiver Christian Watson (knee), who was added to the injury report on Saturday.

Five players are listed as questionable: safety Evan Williams (quadricep), linebacker Quay Walker (ankle), defensive linemen T.J. Slaton (ankle) and Brenton Cox Jr. (foot), and offensive lineman Andre Dillard (concussion). Williams, who missed the last three games, expressed confidence in his return after limited practice this week.

Despite injury concerns, both starting quarterback Jordan Love (right elbow) and backup Malik Willis (right thumb) are expected to play after fully participating in Friday’s practice. Other players expected to play, though not given an official game status, include safety Javon Bullard (ankle), linebacker Edgerrin Cooper (illness/knee), and receiver Romeo Doubs (illness).

The Eagles also have their share of injury concerns. Defensive tackle Byron Young (hamstring) and guard Trevor Keegan (illness) are ruled out. However, star quarterback Jalen Hurts is expected to play despite recently recovering from a concussion and suffering from a left finger injury. Several other Eagles players, including key receivers A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith, are also expected to be available despite minor injuries and rest designations. The game promises to be a hard-fought battle despite the significant injury clouds hanging over both teams.
