**Atlanta, GA** – Chase Chrisley, son of imprisoned reality TV stars Todd and Julie Chrisley, was arrested and charged with simple battery following an incident at a Buckhead sports bar on Monday. According to Atlanta police, Chrisley, 28, was allegedly intoxicated at a Twin Peaks restaurant on Piedmont Road when he became belligerent and refused to leave after being asked multiple times by the general manager. The manager reported that Chrisley slapped him in the face.
Police responded to a 911 call where the manager could be heard repeatedly telling Chrisley not to touch him. The call included audio of the alleged assault and Chrisley’s subsequent admission of the act. While the manager declined medical attention, security footage of the incident was provided to law enforcement.
Chrisley was booked into the Fulton County Jail on Thursday and released on a $10,000 surety bond. The arrest comes as his parents are serving prison sentences for bank fraud and tax evasion.
