**Chennai, January 12, 2025** – Kilpauk Police arrested three college students yesterday for disrupting public order. The students, identified as R. Jeeva (20), S. Pavithran (20), and K. Puviyarasu (19), allegedly climbed atop an MTC bus at Taylor’s Road junction and danced, causing a disturbance to passengers and blocking traffic. Police responded to reports of the incident at approximately 11:35 am. While the students initially climbed down and continued walking towards their college, further obstructing traffic, they were subsequently apprehended. A case has been registered under the City Police Act, and police are investigating to identify other individuals involved in the incident.
