Sun Jan 12 08:20:00 UTC 2025: ## Hyderabad’s Numaish Extended by Two Days

**Hyderabad, February 16 –** The popular Hyderabad Numaish, organized by the All India Industrial Exhibition (AIIE) Society, has been extended until February 17th. Initially scheduled to conclude on February 15th, the extension compensates for a delayed opening due to the seven-day national mourning period following the passing of former Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh. The exhibition, which began on January 3rd instead of the planned January 1st, features over 2,200 stalls showcasing a wide array of goods including crockery, clothing, handicrafts, and home furnishings. This year saw a surge in applications, with approximately 2,500 requests received for stall space. The ticket price has also been increased from Rs 40 to Rs 50. The event has already hosted a “Ladies Day” and will feature a “Children Special” event on January 31st. Robust security measures, including CCTV, security personnel, an on-site police station, and fire safety protocols, are in place to ensure visitor safety.
