NEW DELHI, January 12, 2025 – The Indian National Congress has pledged to provide financial assistance of ₹8,500 per year to educated unemployed youth in Delhi if elected in the upcoming Assembly elections. AICC general secretary Sachin Pilot announced the “Yuva Udaan Yojana” scheme at a press conference today. The scheme is not a handout, Pilot clarified, emphasizing that the funds will be channeled through companies or organizations where the youth demonstrate their skills. The party aims to connect trained individuals with suitable employment opportunities to enhance their skill sets.
