**Melbourne, Australia** – The Melbourne Stars have called up fast bowler Brody Couch for their crucial Big Bash League (BBL|14) match against the Melbourne Renegades at Marvel Stadium tomorrow night. Couch replaces Dan Lawrence, who has concluded his BBL stint with the Stars and departed for the UAE.
Tom Curran remains sidelined with a calf injury but is aiming for a return in the Stars’ final game against the Hobart Hurricanes.
The Stars will be hoping Couch can provide a much-needed boost to their pace attack as they look to secure a victory against their cross-town rivals.
