Among his many accolades, he also received the J.C. Daniel Award (2021) and the Kalaimamani Award from the Tamil Nadu government (1997).

His melodious voice captivated audiences across various genres and emotions, enriching Malayalam cinema with timeless classics like “Suprabhatham,” “Harshabhashpam Thuki,” and “Nin Maniyaraile.” His collaborations with renowned music directors such as M.S.
