NEW DELHI, INDIA – Poco has launched its new X7 5G smartphone series in India, comprising the Poco X7 5G and the Poco X7 Pro 5G. Both phones boast impressive features and specifications at competitive price points.
The Poco X7 5G features a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Ultra chipset, a 5500mAh battery, and a 50MP primary rear camera with OIS and EIS. The 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant is priced at ₹21,999, while the 8GB RAM + 256GB version costs ₹23,999. It sports a 1.5K curved AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection. It also features 45W fast charging.
The Poco X7 Pro 5G ups the ante with a MediaTek Dimensity 8400 Ultra processor, a larger 6550mAh battery with 90W HyperCharge (charging to 100% in 47 minutes, according to Poco), and a 50MP Sony IMX707 primary camera. Its 6.73-inch 1.5K flat AMOLED display boasts a peak brightness of 3200 nits and Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection. The 8GB RAM + 256GB storage model is priced at ₹26,999, and the 12GB RAM + 256GB variant at ₹28,999.
Both phones offer a triple rear camera setup including an ultrawide lens, a 20MP front camera, and are powered by Android 14 (X7) and Android 15 (X7 Pro) with Poco’s HyperOS skin. They come with three years of OS updates and four years of security updates. Connectivity options include 5G, Wi-Fi 6, and Bluetooth 5.3. The devices feature dual stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos and boast an IP rating for dust and water resistance.
The Poco X7 5G will be available on Flipkart starting February 14th, while the X7 Pro 5G launches on February 17th. ICICI Bank customers can avail a ₹2000 bank offer, with an additional ₹1000 discount coupon offered on the X7 Pro 5G on its first day of sale.
