PUNE, INDIA – Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. announced the pricing for its highly anticipated electric SUVs, the BE.6 and XEV.9e, at its Unlimited India Tech Day on Tuesday. Following their initial reveal in November, the company will open bookings exclusively for the top-of-the-line “Pack Three” variant (79 kWh battery) on February 14, 2025.
Veejay Nakra, President of Mahindra’s Automotive Sector, highlighted the strong customer interest in the technologically advanced vehicles. Phased test drives begin January 14th, with deliveries expected in early March.
The Pack Three boasts an impressive array of features, including ADAS Level 2+, a Driver and Occupant Monitoring System (EyeDentity), a 360-degree Secure360 camera system, a premium 16-speaker Harman Kardon sound system with Dolby Atmos, and an augmented reality heads-up display (AR-HUD). Both SUVs utilize Mahindra’s INGLO electric skateboard architecture and offer a 210 kW motor, achieving 0-100 km/h acceleration in under 7 seconds. The 79 kWh battery provides a range exceeding 650 km.
Mahindra Finance offers a “Three for Me” financing program with monthly EMIs of ₹39,224 for the BE.6 Pack Three and ₹45,450 for the XEV.9e Pack Three, including a balloon payment at the end of six years. The price excludes charger and installation costs. A lifetime battery warranty is available for the first owner, with a 10-year/200,000 km warranty for subsequent owners.
Mahindra aims for a monthly production target of 5,000 units initially. Details of other trims and subsequent booking phases will be released by the end of March 2025.
